What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds once a subscription or individual box has been purchased. There are multiple elements in the box and much planning and early procurement goes into achieving your order. Hence we cannot reverse payments.

To avoid such a situation, we highly recommend going through the sneak peak of the box of the month or the previous boxes page before placing your order.

 What do I do if my box has damaged or missing items?

While we try our best to carefully package our boxes, we understand that sometimes an item may be missing from a box or that things may happen beyond our control during transit. If your box contents are damaged or you are missing any items, please contact us at within 24 hours of receipt and we will send out a replacement straight away.

 What is your cancellation policy?

Incase you had set your preference to auto renew while taking your prepaid subscription, you can login 15 days prior to renewal and cancel. You can also do this by sending an email to You will always receive any boxes that you paid for before you cancelled.

Please note that cancelling a subscription only ensures a subscription will not renew and does not cancel or refund any unshipped shipments.
